Glass Processing: Cutting, Drilling & Technical Fabrication

Tech-Glass is a division of the Moliterno, Inc. It primarily fabricates flat glass products for the bio-technical research industry. Specializing in replacement glass plates and cassettes for electrophoresis systems.

The highest quality float glasses are used. Most glass is imported from Switzerland, Belgium and Germany. We also use mirror quality glass produced in the U.S. The three primary types of glass we fabricate are soda lime, low iron soda lime, and borosilicate.

Thickness ranges from 1.0mm to 6.0mm. All orders are custom fabricated. There are no additional charges for nonstandard plates. Our goal is to provide a quality product, at a reasonable price and supply it within 5 business days*.

Tech-Glass was established in 1999 as an alternative source for electrophoresis glass plates. Laboratories were purchasing glass from an equipment manufacturer. The manufacturers in turn, bought glass plates from glass fabricators. We by-pass the manufacturer in the supply chain and sell direct to the user at reduced prices.
